These terms cover your use of this website and the grooming services provided by Kloud9 Grooming, 867 Rogers St, Milton, WI 53563.
Appointments are made by phone, by text, or through the chat on our home page. Because we groom one dog at a time, a missed appointment is a slot nobody else could use, so please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy, anxiety or history of biting before the appointment. We may decline or stop a groom if we believe continuing is not safe for your dog or for us, and we will tell you plainly why. Dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccination.
Prices depend on size, coat and coat condition, and are quoted before we start. Payment is due at pickup.
We sometimes photograph a finished groom for our gallery or social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not photograph your dog and we will not.
Kloud9 Grooming sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, notices when an earlier opening becomes available, replies to questions customers send us, and occasional seasonal offers.
You opt in by entering your name and mobile number in the chat widget on our home page at https://lakesidepawsgrooming.com and agreeing to receive text messages before you send your message. The chat widget is the only place on this website where a phone number is collected. There are no contact forms on any page of this website.
