What to expect

No kennel time, no all day stay, no guessing when your dog will be ready.

  1. You call or text

    Call (608) 290-7376 or send a message through the chat box on the home page. Tell her the breed, the coat and anything about your dog that a groomer should know ahead of time.

  2. You get a real time slot

    Your dog gets its own appointment. Not a drop off window, an actual start time.

  3. The groom happens, start to finish

    One dog on the table, from bath to blow dry to brush out to the cut. Most dogs are done inside a couple of hours rather than sitting in a crate between stages.

  4. You get a text when she is finished

    Pickup right after. If you have opted in to texts, that is how the reminder for next time reaches you too.

If your dog is nervous

Say so when you book. Dogs that panic in a salon usually do fine here, because most of what sets them off is the room rather than the groom. She will go at the pace your dog can handle and tell you honestly if something is not working.
